Partner Tiers
This setting allows your partners to advance from one program to another after meeting a particular condition automatically. Notice that you'll have to create a program for every Partner Tier you're going to have. There is a maximum of ten levels. Affiliate's progress throughout the tiers can depend on either:
- Total referred sales value
- Total referred sales count
- Total customer spent (for customer accounts only) - NOTE: Available only on the Shopify platform
- Monthly sales value (partners are downgraded to level 1 each month)

Setting up
To set up Partner Tiers, visit this page. Make sure to check the Partner Tiers enabled box, specify the number of levels, determine programs, level-up condition, and its values, and you'll be good to go!
Example
Let's say you offer your partners or customers 3 tiers:
Basic (with 5% partner reward and 5% customer reward),
Silver (with 10% partner reward and 10% customer reward),
Gold (with 20% parter reward and 20% customer reward).
First, you need to set up your Basic, Silver, and Gold programs according to your rules and needs. To read on how to do it visit this page. Once you have your programs set up you are ready to go to the Partner Tiers section. Remember to check the PartnerTiers enabled box.
With 3 programs (Basic, Silver, and Gold) you would need to set 3 levels:
Next, you need to decide how you want your partners or customers to advance. We offer three kinds of level conditions for your partners and another one for customers only.
- Total referred sales value
This option will move your partners to the next program if the total of their referred sales reaches a given value expressed in your chosen currency.
- Total referred sales count
This option will move your partners to the next program if the total amount of their referred sales reaches a set amount regardless of the sales' values.
- Total customer spent (for customer accounts only)
With this option, you will be able to reward your customers for the total amount they have spent in your shop.
- Monthly sales value (partners are downgraded to level 1 each month)
This option will move your partners to the next program if the total value of their sales in a given month reaches a set value expressed in your chosen currency. Each month your partners will be downgraded to level 1 and the totaling will be started over.

Monthly sales value example
Please have in mind that for Monthly sales value level conditions, if your partner gets a referred sale that would move him/her i.e. from Basic to Gold program immediately, the calculation presented on the example below will be applied:
Sale value: $2000
Level 2 condition value: $500
Level 3 condition value: $1000
With our exemplary programs given above, your customer/partner will receive:
$500 * 5% = $25
($1000 - $500) * 10% = $50
($2000 - $1000) * 20% = $200
$25 + $50 + $200 = $275
